Methods of payment

Please direct your attention to payment date as delay of payment could result with cancellation of your reservation!

  1. Payment with credit card OFFLINE: VISA/ EC / MC / AMEX / DINERS

    If you choose this method of payment, our customer service will send to you calculation and credit card authorization form,  you will need to fill it in and return it to adriaticGlobal agency by email. Be advised that only signed form authorizes us to charge the booking balance of your reservation according to chosen payment terms. For your security reasons you can call us or text via What's up, SMS, Messenger or Viber your credit card number. Upon charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your country currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. There is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site as a result of this conversion!

  2. Payment with credit card ONLINE: VISA / EC / MC

    In co-operation with our business bank Raiffeisenbank Austria, we have provided you with online credit card payment. If you choose this payment method, upon granted inquiry our customer service will send to you an email, quote and link for credit card authorization pages trough our payment gateway secured with SSL key : https://pos.adriaticglobal.net. Clicking on a link you will be redirected to adriaticGlobal.Net TA pages on which you must enter the required information and follow the instructions in the application in order to complete the payment. adriaticGlobal TA and Raiffeisenbank Austria guarantee the security of your online purchases through the use of 3D safety standards laid down by Visa International (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard Worldwide (MasterCard Secure Code).

  3. Payment from Croatia to the agency giro account.
    If you're in Croatia, you can use a money order and make your payment trough the agency IBAN : HR2524840081107216972 .

  4. Payment from abroad via bank transfer:
    This method of payment refers exclusively to foreign customers/guests. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please transfer the confirmed amount of service to account of adriaticGlobal agency.

  5. Cash payment 
    If you find a cash payment as the most suitable payment option, you are required to fill out a "Letter of Guarantee" (which will be sent to your email address with our offer) and return email.
    This document will be kept at the our office in safety deposit box as a guarantee that the reserved service will be attended.
    Your reservation will be considered confirmed and your credit card will NOT be charged but in some cases we will make an preathorization (authorization hold) on your credit card 30 days before service check in. In case of authorization hold you will be notified.
    We are doing pre-authorizations to reduce fraud and processing costs and improve customer satisfaction.
    Usually few days before service check in you will meet with an adriaticGlobal.Net agent, who will return your "Letter of Guarantee" will be returned (to be destroyed) and the cash payment will be made, allowing you to receive your invoice and voucher for the paid service. If authorization hold has been done our agent will give you document that we will not charge your card so authorization hold can expire.
  6. PayPal payment
    We accept payments with PayPal. Please inform us if you like to process payment via PayPal service

  1. Certain payment options do not apply to all products and services.
  2. Transaction fees are paid by the customer/guest and it is included in prices.
  3. After payment is done, customer/guest may be asked to send confirmation of payment to our fax or e-mail.

DYNAMICS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

ACCOMMODATION: HOTELS, APARTMENTS AND VILLAS

  • Total amount with moderate cancellation policy
    • In case that Client cancels reserved service at any point of time, agency will charge 20% of total value. The remaining amount will be return to Passenger/Client on Client’s expense!
    • In case that Client cancels reserved service 30 to 16 days prior to beginning of the service, agency will charge 50% of total value.The remaining amount will be return to Passenger/Client on Client’s expense!
    • In case that Client cancels reserved service 15 to 7 days prior to beginning of the service, agency will charge 70% of total value. The remaining amount will be return to Passenger/Client on Client’s expense!
    • In case that Client cancels reserved service 6 to 1 days prior to beginning of the service, agency will charge 100% of total value. The remaining amount will be return to Passenger/Client on Client’s expense!
    • In case that Client cancels reserved service on the day of the service (NO SHOW), agency will charge 100% of total value.
  • Deposit with advance and remaing amount without cancellation policy and best available rate
    • 40% seven days after confirmation of tour. Rest of the amount (60%) seven days before accommodation check in.
    • Deposits are usually non-refundable. If you pay a deposit and then change your mind, there is no refund.
  • * for accommodation (apartments, villas and hotels) there is no availability for refund or change date of service. 

EXCURSIONS, TRANSFERS, RENT-A-CAR

  • Total amount with flexible cancellation policy : 
    100% of the total price upon confirmation of reservation (seven days).
    Cancellation policy :
    30 days before service check in : full refund.
    30 - 7 days before service check in: 50% refund of confirmed price.
    7 - 1 or before service check in or no show: no refund.
  • Deposit with advance and remaing amount without flexible cancellation policy :
    40% seven days after confirmation of tour. 
    Rest of the amount (60%) seven days before tour check in.
    Cancellation policy :
    Deposits are usually non-refundable. If you pay a deposit and then change your mind, there is no refund.

CHARTERS AND BOAT RENTALS

  • Deposit with advance and remaing amount without cancellation policy
  •  Yacht charters with MYBA : according signed MYBA contract
  • Yacht charters without MYBA : according signed contract
  • Boat rentals : according signed contract
  • In case there is no contract, cancellation will be proposed in email with reservation ID. 

If the reservation is cancelled due to force majeure, adriaticGlobal.Net agency keeps the discretion right to calculate the termination expenses according to presented evidence.
In case of client illness,physical condition, accident or injury prior service star agency will in good manners offer full refund.

PAYMENT RECEIPT

Upon payment of 100% of the amount or balance you will receive confirmation of reservation with your reservation ID in four digits format xxxx-xxxx (can be presented as a Voucher), invoice in email containing the following :

  1. Reservation ID
  2. Service date
  3. Service description
  4. Vehicle or boat type and model
  5. Tour leader name / reservation holder name
  6. Confirmed price
  7. Group size (adults and childrens)
  8. Skipper, driver or tour guide contact
  9. Other notifications
